Terms & Conditions

By creating an organization or using Meil Live you agree to these terms.

  • You must provide accurate company and admin contact details.
  • You are responsible for DNS records, email passwords, and activity on your domain.
  • Free organization signup does not include paid email until you purchase plans.
  • We may suspend service for abuse, unpaid invoices, or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Service is provided as-is with commercially reasonable uptime efforts; see Security and billing sections.
  • Hubleep may update these terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

Privacy Policy

We process data to operate business email, billing, and support.

  • Account data: organization name, admin email, phone, billing references, and authentication logs.
  • Email data: messages and metadata stored to provide webmail, IMAP, SMTP, backups, and deliverability.
  • Payment data: processed by Ziina; we store transaction references and receipts, not full card numbers.
  • Support: emails and messages you send to support may be retained to resolve issues.
  • We do not sell personal data. Infrastructure providers (e.g. Amazon SES, Backblaze B2) process data under our instructions.
  • Request access or deletion via support@hubleep.com (subject to legal retention requirements).

Payment Terms

Paid email and add-ons are billed through secure Ziina checkout.

  • Prices are shown per email before payment, including applicable fees where displayed.
  • Monthly and yearly billing options may be offered; yearly plans may include a published discount.
  • Payment must succeed before a new paid email is provisioned.
  • Receipts and OTP notifications may be sent from notify@hubleep.com.
  • Failed or reversed payments may suspend provisioning or downgrade access until resolved.

Billing & renewals

  • Each email is billed according to the plan selected at checkout.
  • Renewals follow the billing cycle chosen (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled in the admin dashboard.
  • Send credits and storage limits are per plan; usage details appear in your dashboard.
  • Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are managed from Settings.
  • Payment history is available to organization admins after login.

Acceptable Use Policy

Meil Live must not be used for:

  • Spam, phishing, malware distribution, or unsolicited bulk email.
  • Harassment, illegal content, or impersonation of others.
  • Attempts to bypass send limits, authentication, or security controls.
  • Crypto scams, fraud, or activities that harm deliverability for other customers.

Report abuse to abuse@hubleep.com. We may suspend email or domains without refund when abuse is confirmed.

Refund Policy

  • Organization signup is free and not eligible for refunds.
  • Email subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started and the email is active.
  • Duplicate charges or proven billing errors may be corrected or refunded at Hubleep’s discretion.
  • Contact support@hubleep.com with payment reference and admin email within 14 days of the charge.

Cookie Policy

We use essential cookies and local storage for:

  • Admin and webmail session authentication.
  • Theme preference (light/dark) on the marketing site.
  • Security and CSRF protection on dashboard pages.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies on mail.hubleep.com. Analytics, if enabled, will be disclosed here when in use.

Security

  • TLS encryption for webmail and supported client connections.
  • Admin two-factor authentication via email OTP (optional in Settings).
  • SPF, DKIM, and MX guidance provided for your domain.
  • Backups available on request from Settings → Backup.
  • Report security issues to support@hubleep.com.

Data retention

  • Email content is retained while the email is active and subject to plan storage limits.
  • Deleted email may be purged after a grace period; request exports before cancellation when needed.
  • Billing and audit logs may be kept for accounting and dispute resolution.
  • Backup ZIP exports are time-limited download links emailed to the admin.
