What is Meil Live?
Professional business email on your own domain. You manage DNS, email, security, backups, and billing from mail.hubleep.com.
Is organization signup really free?
Yes. Creating your organization costs nothing. You pay per email when you add Starter, Standard, or Professional plans after domain verification.
What DNS records do I need?
Typically verification TXT, MX, SPF, and DKIM records. Exact values are on your Domain page — copy them into your DNS provider.
Can I use Outlook or Apple Mail?
Yes. Use Mobile setup from webmail for IMAP/SMTP settings. Apple Mail, Outlook, Gmail, and Samsung Mail are supported.
What are send credits?
Monthly outbound send allowance per email. Starter: 500, Standard: 2,500, Professional: 10,000. Inbound mail usually continues if you hit the cap.
How does admin 2FA work?
After your password, we email a 6-digit code to your admin inbox. No authenticator app required. Toggle in Settings → Security.
Can I export email data?
Yes. Request ZIP exports from Settings → Backup. Includes HTML, .eml, Maildir, and manifest.json. Download link emailed when ready.
How do I get support?
