Apple Mail

Use Quick setup for iPhone (QR), or copy settings manually below.

Steps

  1. Fast: Open QR code setup → iOS → scan with Camera → Install Profile.
  2. Manual: Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account → Other Mail Account.
  3. Enter email + password (right panel), choose IMAP, paste server values.
  4. Enable SMTP authentication for outgoing mail.

Microsoft Outlook

Manual IMAP setup — copy each value from the credentials panel.

Steps

  1. File → Add Account → your email.
  2. Advanced → Let me set up manually → IMAP.
  3. Copy Incoming and Outgoing from the middle panel.
  4. Turn on My outgoing server requires authentication.

Email apps · Browser

Gmail (desktop)

Add Hubleep as “check mail from another account” in Gmail settings.

Steps

  1. Gmail Settings → Accounts and Import.
  2. Add a mail account → enter Hubleep email + password (middle panel).
  3. Use IMAP with incoming values; SMTP for sending.

On a phone, use QR code setup (iOS or Android) instead.

Gmail mobile

Add as “Other” account, then choose personal IMAP.

Steps

  1. Fast: QR code setup → Android → scan → copy values into Gmail.
  2. Gmail app → Add account → Other → Manual → IMAP.
  3. Paste values from the right panel; SMTP auth on.

Samsung Mail

Samsung Email app — manual IMAP account.

Steps

  1. Fast: QR code setup → Android → scan for all server values.
  2. Samsung Email → Add account → Other → IMAP.
  3. Copy values from the right panel; Require sign-in for SMTP.
