Core DNS records

  • MX — tells the internet where inbound mail for your domain should land
  • SPF (TXT) — lists which servers may send email as your domain

Amazon SES sending

Outbound mail routes through Amazon SES, giving you infrastructure built for scale and reputation monitoring Keep DNS accurate and follow the Acceptable Use Policy to protect deliverability for all customers.

Practical tips

  • Warm up new domains with gradual sending increases
  • Avoid purchased lists and unsolicited bulk email
  • Use real reply-to addresses and clear unsubscribe paths for marketing
  • Re-check DNS after migrating from another provider
