Yes. Creating your organization costs nothing and does not require a card. You pay only when you add paid email on Starter, Standard, or Professional plans after domain verification.

Typically a domain verification TXT record, MX records for inbound mail, SPF TXT for authorized senders, and DKIM TXT for signing. Exact hostnames and values are on your Domain page after signup.

Yes. Open webmail and use Mobile setup for IMAP and SMTP hostnames, ports, and TLS settings. Apple Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird, and mobile clients are supported.

Send credits are the monthly outbound send allowance for each email. Starter includes 500, Standard 2,500, and Professional 10,000. Inbound mail usually continues if you reach the cap; you can add top-ups from Settings.

When you add or upgrade paid email, Meil Live shows the plan price and total before redirecting to Ziina. After successful payment, the email is provisioned and a receipt may be sent from notify@hubleep.com.

Optional admin 2FA sends a six-digit code to your admin email after your password. Enable it under Settings → Security. No authenticator app is required.

Yes. Organization admins can request ZIP exports from Settings → Backup. Exports may include HTML, .eml, Maildir, and manifest.json with a time-limited download link.

Admins sign in at /login with the email used at signup to manage DNS, billing, and email users. Teammates sign in at /webmail/ with name@yourdomain.com to read and send mail.
