DNS setup guide

Before you start

• Log in as organization admin and open Domain
• Keep your DNS registrar or Cloudflare tab open in another window
• Lower TTL temporarily if your provider allows faster propagation

Domain verification TXT

Add the verification TXT record exactly as shown — host/name and value must match This record proves ownership before any email is activated.

MX records

Create the MX entries. Meil Live provides, usually with priority values as listed Remove or disable old MX records from previous providers to avoid split delivery.

SPF and DKIM

SPF is typically a TXT record on your root domain or designated subdomain. DKIM is a TXT record on a selector hostname. Do not duplicate SPF strings — merge includes if you already have SPF.

Verify in the dashboard

After saving DNS, return to Meil Live and run Check status. Green checks unlock creating paid email. If something fails, compare character-by-character for typos.
