How it works

Six-step onboarding

• 01 — Create organization: Sign up with company details and your admin email. This login manages the workspace.
• 02 — Add your domain: Enter the domain you will send from and open the DNS wizard.
• 03 — Publish DNS:. Add verification TXT, MX, SPF, and DKIM at your DNS host. Email unlocks when status is green.
• 04 — Create email: Pick Starter, Standard, or Professional per teammate; set display name and password.
• 05 — Checkout: Review plan price and total, then pay with Ziina. Provisioning starts after successful payment.
• 06 — Work: Teammates open webmail or configure IMAP/SMTP; admins manage billing and DNS ongoing.

Organization admins use /login with the admin email from signup. Email users sign in at /webmail/ with their work address Read Login paths for a side-by-side comparison.

DNS is the gate

Meil Live will not send as your domain until DNS proves you control it Use the DNS setup guide if your registrar UI is unfamiliar.
