Two login paths
IT and founders manage the organization; teammates only read and send mail. The URLs and credentials are different on purpose.
Organization admin — dashboard and billing
Sign in with: the admin email you used at organization signup (for example admin@yourcompany.com).

- Billing, plan changes, and payment history
- Backups, security, and optional admin 2FA
- DNS verification and deliverability status
Email user — webmail and apps
URL: mail.hubleep.com/webmail/
Sign in with: the teammate's work address on your verified domain (for example you@yourdomain.com).
- SnappyMail inbox, compose, and search
- Mobile setup for IMAP and SMTP
- No access to billing or other users' email
Why separate logins matter
Separating admin and email logins limits blast radius if a password is phished Admins can reset email passwords without sharing dashboard credentials.
