How. Meil Live protects admin access, email in transit, and stored messages on mail.hubleep.com.
Encryption in transit
Webmail and supported IMAP/SMTP connections use TLS to encrypt traffic between clients and the platform Always prefer TLS/SSL modes in desktop and mobile apps.
Admin two-factor authentication
Enable email OTP in Settings → Security. After your password, Meil Live emails a six-digit code to your admin address. This protects dashboard access even if a password is reused elsewhere.
Domain authentication
SPF and DKIM help receivers detect spoofing. Combined with domain verification, they reduce phishing risk using your brand.
Storage and backups
Message data is stored to provide webmail and client sync, with backups exported to Backblaze B2 when admins request ZIP archives Download links expire; request exports before offboarding users when needed.
